From handbags and purses to journals and wallets, we want you to enjoy your leather goods for a lifetime. From the moment they are crafted, until they arrive in your arms, they need to be cared for properly.

• Warranty period: 01 years from purchasing date
• Warranty scope:
  • Hardware: Oxydized/ broken hardware during warrenty period...
  • Others: worn lining, oil edge..
  • Repairing period: 07 -10 working days ( holidays/ Saturdays & Sundays are excluded)
  • No extra fee
• Warranty policy is not applied under circumstances:
  • External force: heavy load, strong friction, cut/ stretch/ pulling
  • Weather & environment impact: due to long exposure under sunlight, burning heat, being soaked, high humidity or even salty sweat of the user which damages the leather.
  • The leather color might slightly change during the usage due to exposure with environment and human skin which is called patina.
